SpaceExplorer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with changes becoming effective immediately upon posting.

SpaceExplorer is a digital platform that enables users to transform recorded conversations into social media content. The Service allows users to:

• Clip and capture moments from recorded conversations
• Generate AI-powered transcriptions
• Preview and edit content
• Export and download social media-optimized video clips
• Manage user accounts and subscriptions

3. User Eligibility

3.1 Account Requirements

• Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• One account per individual is permitted
• Account sharing is prohibited
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials

3.2 Content Rights

Users must:

• Have necessary rights and permissions to use and modify any content uploaded to the Service
• Obtain consent from all participants in recorded conversations before using the Service
• Comply with all applicable privacy and recording laws in their jurisdiction

4. User Content and Responsibilities

4.1 Content Guidelines

Users must not process or create content that:

• Violates copyright or intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech or discriminatory material
• Includes personal information of individuals without consent
• Promotes illegal activities
• Violates platform-specific content guidelines of social media services

4.2 Intellectual Property

• Users retain rights to their original content
• Users grant SpaceExplorer a limited license to process and store content for Service functionality
• Generated transcriptions and edited clips are owned by the user, subject to our usage limits

5. Subscription and Payments

5.1 Pricing Plans

• Plus Plan: $2/month with 60 downloads per month
• Pro Plan: $8/month with 200 downloads per month and unwatermarked downloads
• All plans and pricing are subject to change
• Billing is conducted through secure, third-party payment processors

5.2 Usage Limits

• Downloads are counted per exported video clip
• Unused downloads do not carry over to subsequent billing periods
• Exceeding download limits requires upgrade to a higher tier or purchase of additional credits

5.3 Subscription Management

• Users can cancel subscriptions at any time
• No refunds for partial month subscriptions
• Access continues until the end of the current billing period

6. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

6.1 Processing Limitations

• Transcription accuracy may vary based on audio quality and speech clarity
• Processing times may vary based on system load and content length
• File size and duration limits apply to uploaded content

6.2 Technical Limitations

• Service availability is not guaranteed 24/7
• Temporary service interruptions may occur during maintenance
• SpaceExplorer is not liable for lost content or failed processing

7. Data Privacy and Security

• User content is processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Content is encrypted during transmission and storage
• Users are responsible for securing their account credentials
• SpaceExplorer may collect usage data for service improvement

8. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Attempt to circumvent download limits or payment systems
• Use automated scripts or bots
• Reverse engineer the Service
• Share or resell account access
• Upload content containing malware or harmful code
• Attempt to disrupt or degrade the Service

9. Termination

SpaceExplorer reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
• Delete content that violates these Terms
• Refuse service to any user
• Modify or discontinue any feature or the entire Service

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Disclaimer

• Service provided "as is" without warranties
• Not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Maximum liability limited to fees paid in previous 12 months

10.2 Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify SpaceExplorer against claims arising from:

• Content processing and usage
• Terms violations
• Intellectual property infringement

11. Governing Law and Disputes

• These Terms are governed by Ontario law
• Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration
• Users waive right to class action lawsuits
